High-Volume Recruiter, Transportation
Duration: 12-Month Contract

About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across transportation, logistics, warehousing, and field-based operations roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and is comfortable working against aggressive hiring timelines.
This role requires strong partnership with hiring managers, a data-driven recruiting approach, and the ability to deliver results while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and stakeholder consultation.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines for transportation, logistics, operations, and warehouse-related positions.

Prioritize and close multiple searches simultaneously while meeting established timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies.

Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems.

Support process improvement initiatives and recruiting programs that enhance hiring outcomes.

Collaborate closely with recruiting peers and leadership in a highly team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications
-
1+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
-
Full lifecycle recruiting experience with ownership of requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.

Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments, including:

Managing 100+ requisitions, and/or
-
Supporting 300+ annual hires.

Experience recruiting for transportation, logistics, warehouse, operations, manufacturing, or other field-based positions.

Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet hiring deadlines.

Experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions and prioritize workload.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience recruiting for large-scale operations or high-growth organizations.

Experience creating or improving recruiting processes, SOPs, dashboards, hiring events, or workforce planning initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
