High Reach Forklift Operator - 4pm to 4am

• Shift Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour
• Schedule: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Shift: Rotating days

Are you an experienced forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment?

Join our team and play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. We're looking for a dependable High Reach Operator to move, store, and retrieve products throughout our facility while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve products, equipment, and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Put away palletized products by safely lifting and placing pallets into elevated rack locations.
• Pick palletized products from elevated rack locations and prepare them for outbound shipments.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and other material handling equipment.
• Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to select and record product information, weights, quantities, and product conditions.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintenance checklists to ensure equipment is safe and ready for operation.
• Monitor battery levels, maintain and clean batteries, and properly park equipment at designated charging stations.
• Work safely with other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily warehouse operations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Contribute to a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
