About the Role VNA Care is seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) or CNAs to provide in-home care in the Northbridge and Milford, MA areas. The roles involve caring for 3–5 patients per day, traveling between client homes, and delivering compassionate support to senior clients. These are full-time weekday positions with a base pay of $23/hour plus benefits and a sign-on bonus. What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping and household management tasks.
- Support clients with daily living activities in a kind and compassionate manner.
- Travel between client homes as needed; maintain confidentiality.
- Consult regularly with coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment.
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Use your own transportation (car) with valid driver's license; mileage reimbursement provided. What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts-issued CHHA certification.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Own transportation (car) and valid driver's license.
- Experience with the senior population.
- Ability to travel locally between client homes.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Nice to Have

- Compensation: $23.00 per hour; mileage reimbursement.
