About the Role Join VNA Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing overnight home care in the Cambridge area. You will support clients with daily living activities and light housekeeping, while collaborating with coordinators to monitor changes in condition and ensure confidentiality and compassionate care. What You'll Do
- Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation)
- Communicate changes in client condition or environment with coordinators
- Maintain confidentiality of clients What We're Looking For
- Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training
- Ability to perform ADLs and light housekeeping
- Compassionate, client-centered care
- Good communication and teamwork
- Reliable and punctual, flexible scheduling Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21 - $23 per hour
