About the Role Framingham area in-home care role supporting clients as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This hourly position offers daytime and overnight shifts with flexibility and mileage reimbursement. What You'll Do
- Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
- Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
- Maintain confidentiality of clients What We're Looking For
- Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training
- Caring, reliable, and able to work independently in patients' homes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have
