About the Role The HEOR Solutions Manager will lead health economics and outcomes research activities within Marketing to support value propositions and payer engagement in Ireland. What You'll Do
- Develop HEOR strategies and evidence generation plans to support product value claims
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Commercial) to deliver economic evidence
- Manage projects, timelines, and relationships with external partners where appropriate
- Communicate findings to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with global and local strategies What We're Looking For
- Experience in health economics, outcomes research, HEOR, or related field
- Degree in health economics, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics or similar; advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with statistics, data analysis, modeling
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare payer environment; strong communication Nice to Have
- Experience with real-world data, R, SAS, Python; knowledge of Irish healthcare market; project management experience Compensation & Benefits
