HEOR Lead

About the Role Novartis is seeking a leader to head Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Pharmacoeconomics/HTA research in Russia to ensure optimal patient access to company products. The role involves developing and communicating pharmacoeconomic and HEOR evidence, shaping Integrated Evidence Plans, and translating evidence into value dossiers that support pricing, reimbursement, and patient access decisions. What You'll Do

• Develop the country pharmacoeconomic strategy for the product portfolio and ensure payer needs are considered throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advise on integrating pharmacoeconomic arguments into brand plans and market access strategies for products.
• Provide early expert input into the design of real-world evidence (RWE) studies to include endpoints relevant to payers.
• Organize effective collaboration with the market access, pricing and innovative reimbursement models teams, as well as global/regional HEOR teams and early access product teams.
• Generate evidence and demonstrate value by defining and collecting HEOR data for payer dossiers; develop HEOR studies including clinical, economic outcomes and quality-of-life outcomes.
• Conduct comparative analyses of therapeutic alternatives to support HEOR reports and payer negotiations.
• Monitor new evidence and external data to strengthen value arguments for the company's products.
• Plan and conduct RWE-based studies that confirm product value.
• Develop and validate patient-reported outcomes (PRO) instruments as needed.
• Partner with medical affairs, market access, pricing and innovative models teams, and global/regional HEOR teams.
• Develop payer value dossiers and adapt national dossiers for inclusion on restricted lists.
• Perform pharmacoeconomic analysis and modeling. What We're Looking For
• Experience leading HEOR/HTA initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to develop national pharmacoeconomic strategies and translate evidence into compelling value dossiers.
• Strong background in real-world evidence design, PRO development, and health economics modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with payers, medical affairs, and market access teams.
• Strategic thinker with ability to plan and deliver high-impact evidence in a multinational pharmaceutical setting. Nice to Have
• Experience in a Russian market or regulatory environment.
