About the Role Mercy University's Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) seeks a HEOP Recruiter / Counselor to lead recruitment for HEOP and provide comprehensive academic and personal counseling to an assigned caseload of current HEOP participants. The Recruiter / Counselor serves as a primary ambassador for the program, fostering relationships that support student access, retention, and degree completion.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HEOP recruitment initiatives, with a focus on identifying, engaging, and enrolling eligible prospective students.
- Plan and execute recruitment activities, including high school visits, college fairs, information sessions, and community outreach events.
