Presbyterian Healthcare Services Hematology/Oncology | $650K Base + $75K Sign-On | Albuquerque, NM
Presbyterian Cancer Care is growing in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and we’re seeking a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology physician to join an established, collaborative program serving patients from across the state.
You’ll join a team of 8 experienced Hematology/Oncology clinicians with a strong referral network, integrated support services, research opportunities, an and a compensation model designed to reward your work.

- Productivity incentives with a $105.88 wRVU conversion factor

- 60% Oncology / 40% benign Hematology patient mix
- 36 patient-care hours + 4 administrative hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility
- Inpatient call only, approximately 7 weeks per year
- 280 hours of annual time off
- Systemwide Epic EMR
- Research opportunities through the New Mexico Cancer Care Alliance
A TEAM BUILT AROUND CANCER CARE
You won’t be practicing in a silo. Our physicians work closely with nurse navigators, social workers, dietitians, chemo-certified infusion nurses and other specialists to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
With a large systemwide referral base and an established oncology program, you can focus on building meaningful patient relationships and delivering high-quality care without having to build a practice from scratch.
