Location: Elk Grove Village, IL (Onsite / Hybrid)

- 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role in manufacturing environment
Top Must Haves: Looking for candidates who:

They want someone who is a go-getter, with very solid communication skills.

Hands-on technical Microsoft support experience Basic:

User setup / onboarding

Device configuration (laptops, desktops)

Permissions / access issues

Do not need a deep systems admin but they must be able to resolve most L1 issues without escalation

Able to triage tickets, resolve issues efficiently, and support users in person and remotely. This person would come into the office once a week to assist with day-to-day task of support needs, including support ticket triage, new user setup, new pc setup, IT asset management, and recycling, along with basic remote and in person end-user support.
