Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support for end users. This position focuses on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while delivering a detail-oriented support experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Microsoft Windows environments, handling service desk requests, and troubleshooting desktop-related problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming support requests and manage service desk tickets through resolution in a timely manner.

• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues affecting end-user productivity.

• Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 systems, including routine issue resolution and user assistance.

• Support account access tasks within Active Directory, such as password resets, account updates, and basic user administration.

• Troubleshoot common software, hardware, and connectivity problems using a structured support approach.

• Document incidents, solutions, and recurring issues clearly to improve service desk knowledge and support consistency.

• Experience providing technical support in a help desk or desktop support environment.

• Working knowledge of Active Directory for basic user and access administration.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.

• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and end-user support issues.

• Experience working with service desk ticketing systems and maintaining accurate support records.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to assist users in a clear, detail-oriented manner.
