The Hearing Ambassador at NationsBenefits works on-site at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Orlando, FL. The role supports licensed dispensers in meeting their goals and daily duties by engaging customers, supporting hearing health needs, educating individuals about hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and contributing to growth through community outreach and customer relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services.
- Set the stage for a full test and a potential full purchase when interacting with members.
- Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
- Secure a minimum of four immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist in the center.
