About the Role
Snapscale is looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) who can work onsite who has an experience working directly with a clinic, hospital, or similar setting as part of their team overseas. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, communication, and healthcare coordination. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities may include:
- Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR)

Requirements

Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments

Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
