Key Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, and outstanding claims.
- Maintain accounts receivable and collections activities.
- Process claim corrections, appeals, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform account reconciliations and bookkeeping tasks.
- Generate financial reports and revenue analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external billing partners.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, or Accounts Receivable.

Experience handling claim denials, rejections, and appeals.

Experience with QuickBooks Online.

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Advanced English communication skills (C1).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience with Medicaid, VA Community Care, or Long-Term Care claims.

Experience with AxisCare or similar healthcare billing software.

Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping background.
