Healthcare Operations Associate
Role Overview
We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Associate to support day-to-day healthcare-related operations, cross-functional collaboration, and workflow execution.
This is not a traditional administrative role, nor is it primarily a data analytics or project management position. You will be involved in real healthcare operations, working with complex information, communicating across teams, following up on outstanding items, and helping ensure work continues to move forward accurately and efficiently.
We value candidates who are comfortable using AI tools in practical day-to-day work. You should be able to use AI to improve productivity and support problem solving, while also exercising judgment to determine whether AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, and appropriate for real-world use.
We are looking for someone with strong logical thinking, ownership, and execution who can maintain clear judgment and proactively move work forward in environments where information may be complex, priorities may shift, and multiple teams may need to coordinate.
What You Will Do
- Support the execution of day-to-day healthcare-related operations
- Communicate and coordinate across teams and departments to help ensure information and work move forward smoothly
- Follow up on outstanding items, confirm progress, and help move next steps forward
- Organize, review, and synthesize healthcare and business-related information with a high level of accuracy
- Use AI tools to improve day-to-day work efficiency
- Identify gaps, delays, or communication issues and help move them toward resolution
- Support improvements to existing workflows and operational efficiency
- Assist with time-sensitive or cross-functional issues that arise during daily operations
