About the Role Impact Advisors helps healthcare organizations plan, implement, and optimize technology, including EHR, ERP, imaging, and other enterprise systems. This position focuses on delivering end-to-end technology enablement that aligns with organizational goals and clinical workflows.
What You'll Do
- Lead solution evaluation and ROI modeling, including total cost of ownership and expected return on IT investments.
- Support EHR, ERP, and imaging implementation planning and readiness, and contribute to program and project management.
- Drive change management and training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of enabled technologies.
- Provide application managed services and ITSM support to keep systems performing at peak efficiency.
- Assist with M&A and technical integration projects to realize cost savings and synergies.
- Develop digital health roadmaps and assess current digital competencies to guide scaling and adoption.
What We're Looking For
- Healthcare IT domain knowledge with familiarity in EHR, ERP, imaging, and enterprise systems.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing major IT initiatives in healthcare.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to build business cases, assess ROI and total cost of ownership, and communicate value to leadership.
- Collaborative, client-facing mindset with the ability to work across vendor teams.
Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of clinical and operational workflows and vendor methodologies.
- Experience across organizations of varying sizes and types and comfort with transformation initiatives.
