Job title: Healthcare AI Value Strategy Manager
About the Role Accenture is seeking a Healthcare AI Value Strategy Manager to shape the future of health by leading AI and data-led business reinvention for payer and provider organizations. You will define AI and data strategy, build client credibility as a trusted advisor, and drive value realization from AI at scale. This industry-specific role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across platforms and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention across payer and provider organizations
- Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes or functions
- Work forward-deployed with clients, co-creating solutions using platforms and AI tooling to move from idea to working solution in days and weeks
- Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI capabilities for growth and competitive advantage
- Assess maturity of an AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation
- Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model
- Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as cost-takeout opportunities), and define how value will be realized and tracked after deployment—value management, not just delivery
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities
- Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working within AI and Data Strategy Space including specific skills and experiences around Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, value realization and management, Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Management, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech driven transformations
- A minimum of 5 years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
- A minimum of 5 years of large-scale global delivery experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
- Hands-on experience using Claude or an equivalent frontier AI tool to do the work
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with healthcare data, interoperability, and the regulatory environment (e.g., HIPAA, CMS)
- Professional Skills: Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written; driven and entrepreneurial; English fluency; leadership and people skills; ability to build client relationships; experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
