Job title: Health & Safety Manager - France (H&S)
About the Role Join a fast-growing global leader in innovative surfaces. You will provide health and safety support to national and international logistics facilities, coordinate H&S activities, and drive preventive measures to safeguard people and operations across France and beyond. The role is based anywhere in France with substantial travel to multiple installations.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to national and international logistics facilities.
- Coordinate the technical activities of Health & Safety (H&S) services.
- Monitor the scheduling and implementation of preventive measures.
- Lead investigations into accidents and incidents.
- Perform safety visits and audits in accordance with corporate standards and current legislation.
- Develop specific procedures.
- Deliver training on prevention, safety and health.
- Provide safety and health advice.
What We're Looking For
- University-level education with a Technicien Supérieur en PRL, 3 specialties (Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics & Psychosociology).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety & Health at Work.
- Knowledge of safety in industrial environments with internal and external logistics; Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics.
- English: high level (a language test will be conducted).
- Location: Anywhere in France with 70% travel to installations nationwide and internationally.
