Role Summary
The Health, Safety, & Environmental Affairs Manager's primary responsibilities include leading the HSE efforts at our manufacturing and service facilities throughout a defined geographic region. Safety is a foundational element of our operational excellence and a key aspect of the people first culture we are building within Flowserve. This position is responsible for driving an HSE mindset and the right person will have a true passion for delivering beyond metrics and compliance to foster an accountable and engaged culture of HSE.
