- The Health Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring that health interventions are appropriately planned, implemented, monitored and reported in line with approved programme objectives, donor requirements, national health guidelines, humanitarian principles and applicable technical standards.
- The successful candidate will oversee health programme implementation, support the delivery of quality and accessible health services, supervise health personnel and work closely with relevant technical teams and support functions to ensure effective programme performance. The role will also involve monitoring health outcomes, strengthening service delivery systems, promoting infection prevention and control, ensuring appropriate management of medical supplies and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
- The Health Programme Manager will work closely with the Programme Management, MEAL, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Human Resources and Administration teams, as well as government health authorities, health partners and community stakeholders, to ensure coordinated and accountable health programming.
