Description:

This position is responsible for providing Central Valley Health Plan with extracting or obtaining data related to patient safety and medication adherence in order to meet HEDIS goals set by CMS.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2. California State Board of Pharmacy registration as Pharmacy Technician is required.
• 3. Ability to interact with a computer system and software such as Microsoft Excel or Word is required.
• 4. Ability to work as part of a collaborative team is required.
• 5. Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• 6. CPhT certification is preferred.

• Pay Range ($23.50 - $31.53)
