About the Role We are seeking an experienced Health Information Manager to join Solventum's Health Information Systems (HIS) division. This role involves contributing to the development of HIS products for the Australian health industry and supporting the expansion into computer-assisted coding products. What You'll Do
- Collaborate on the development of HIS products for the Australian health industry.
- Travel interstate and intrastate as required.
- Support the expansion into computer-assisted coding product development. What We're Looking For
- Degree or equivalent in Health Information Management.
- Significant and recent experience with ICD-10-AM (including 12th Edition) and the AR-DRG Grouper.
- Strong understanding of documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to design processes in line with software functionality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver group presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and results-oriented. Nice to Have
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be viewed favourably.
