About the Role

We are seeking a Health Economics Analyst to join our team.

As a Health Economics Analyst, you will contribute to the development of health economic models that evaluate the cost-effectiveness of health technologies for global reimbursement applications. This position plays a key role in advancing the economic evidence that supports patient access to innovative therapies worldwide. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, and commercial partners, follow industry-standard processes, and contribute to project execution from model conceptualization through final delivery.

Responsibilities include data analysis, model building support, and assisting senior team members in project execution, with opportunities to deepen your expertise in health economics and expand your skills across clinical research and outcomes analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to support health economic model development and validation

  • Assist in building and adapting health economic models for country-specific applications and reimbursement requirements

  • Conduct systematic searches for published health economic models and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) body guidance to inform model development

  • Check and validate health economic models using appropriate software tools to ensure accuracy and elucidate the economic value of clients' products

  • Support senior team members in project execution, including model documentation, quality assurance, and deliverable preparation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate requirements into model specifications

  • Maintain high standards of scientific accuracy and attention to detail in all analytical work and documentation

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of health economic modeling processes and methodologies

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail in complex quantitative work

  • Advanced computing skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in macros and VBA

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in conveying technical information clearly

  • Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated research environments

  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and flexibility in a dynamic project-based setting

  • Keen interest in medical research, healthcare delivery, and the pharmaceutical industry

  • Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a life science or quantitative discipline (health economics, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field)

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

  • High analytical ability and strong written accuracy

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with programming and software such as VBA, SAS, or R

  • Training and/or experience in health economics and/or health outcomes research

  • Experience in a relevant health economics, outcomes research, or pharmaceutical role

  • Fluency in a European language in addition to English
