Job Description
Hsetrain International Limited is seeking experienced Health and Safety Trainers to join their team, with opportunities available in Abuja (FCT), Delta, Lagos, and Rivers. This full-time role focuses on delivering engaging and effective health and safety training to delegates, ensuring they meet industry standards and pass their examinations.
As a Health and Safety Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include planning and delivering a range of health and safety courses, assessing participants’ learning outcomes, and maintaining accurate training records. You will also administer training assessments to evaluate delegate comprehension and progress.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant HSE qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, OSHA, HSE 1, 2 & 3, or First Aid, along with a Train-the-Trainer certificate. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Previous experience working as a safety trainer is required, and relevant industry experience in sectors like construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, or food and beverage will be considered an added advantage.
