Health and Safety Trainer
About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are grounded in the Health, Safety and Environment training space, with excellent communication skills and relevant experience to train a range of health and safety courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging health and safety training to delegates to enable them pass their exams.
- Assess and evaluate participants’ learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Administer training assessments.
Requirements
- Relevant HSE qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH, OSHA, HSE 1, 2 & 3, First Aid, etc.
- Train-the-Trainer certificate.
- Experience working as a safety trainer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant industry experience is an added advantage, such as construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, or food and beverage.
