About the Role
This position is a Premier Physician Network (PPN) collaboration with Wright State University’s Boonshoft School of Medicine and Premier Health. It focuses on developing and overseeing innovative health care delivery models, advancing clinical care, research, and education, and promoting scholarly activity within an academic health organization.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to high-quality headache medicine clinical care in collaboration with the Premier Physician Network and the Boonshoft School of Medicine.
- Help develop and oversee innovative health care delivery models and sustain excellence in clinical care, education, and research.
- Engage in scholarly activity and support research initiatives; participate in the education and training of learners within the academic health system.
- Utilize outstanding strategic communication and diplomacy to advance the mission and collaborate effectively with Wright State University, Premier Health, and affiliated partners.
- Provide leadership and participate in cross-organizational initiatives to transform health care delivery in the Miami Valley region.
What We're Looking For
- Board-certified or board-eligible physician with expertise in headache medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance and elevate academic health organizations in clinical care, research, and education.
- Experience developing and overseeing innovative health care delivery models; strong commitment to scholarly activity.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills; ability to collaborate across academic and clinical partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience within Premier Physician Network or other academic health systems; leadership in research and education is a plus.
