Job Summary

• More specifically, we are looking for a candidate who has led a business unit, service line, or operations function with direct responsibility for revenue growth, margins, contract performance, customer relationships, and team leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operational & Service Delivery: Lead operations teams in executing O&M contracts and maintenance projects, managing staffing, inventory, site safety, and contractor performance.
• Commercial & Tender Oversight: Direct service tender packages, vendor evaluations, contract awards, and technical pricing to win and acquire O&M service agreements.
• Financial & Project Governance: Take full accountability for budgets, risk management, delivery timelines, and profit margins to meet company financial targets.
• Strategic Leadership & Process Excellence: Align operational goals with business strategy while implementing standardized tools, best practices, and execution frameworks.
• Stakeholder & OEM Engagement: Manage OEM technical training programs and maintain strategic relationships with clients, global partners, and regulatory agencies.

Education & Experience

• First Degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years in Oil & Gas and Power (energy) sectors
• 5+ years leadership experience with demonstrable success
• Experience with O&M contracts, Time & Material agreements, and maintenance projects
• Exposure to multi-cultural or international operations.
