Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams through significant growth phases, including 0 to 1 and scaling journeys.

Own end-to-end technology strategy and execution to support merchant SaaS infrastructure for banks and financial institutions.

Drive product architecture and ensure platform scalability and reliability.

Stay hands-on with technology to maintain a builder-led approach.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for large-scale fintech use cases.
