Job Description
- Define and lead the technology strategy and roadmap for the LATAM region, aligning with global technology standards and regional business priorities.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network, and systems across all hotels in the region, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and support of core hotel systems, including PMS, POS, revenue management, and guest experience platforms.
