Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all technical and project development activities across the organisation
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery from concept to completion
- Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Manage and mentor technical and project teams to ensure high performance
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
- Provide regular progress reports and strategic insights to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical leadership and project development roles
- Strong background in IT systems, software development, or technical infrastructure
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
