About the Role Head of Technical Integration at Blue Energy leads the technical integration of complex engineering interfaces and ensures compliance with US codes and nuclear QA standards. This role oversees RCA/CAPA, MOC, and a cross-functional team to enable rapid deployment of new nuclear MWs at scale. Hybrid work is available in Chevy Chase, MD or Houston, TX. What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage interfaces between systems and projects to enable successful technical integration.
- Lead technical reviews and oversight of QA processes, including RCA/CAPA and MOC.
- Lead and mentor the technical integration team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to deploy new nuclear MWs at scale. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in engineering.
- 12+ years engineering experience with 5+ years in technical authority roles.
- Knowledge of US codes/standards.
- Experience with nuclear QA, RCA/CAPA, MOC, and team leadership.
- Experience with relevant tools and software (see below).
- Experience with ASME BPVC Section III, ASME NQA-1, ASME B31, IEEE, ANSI, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.
- Experience with Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, AVEVA E3D, SmartPlant, Revit, Navisworks. Nice to Have
- PE or equivalent preferred
