About the Role The Head of Talent Management & Global Learning will be responsible for driving an integrated Talent Management and Learning strategy that supports CFAO South Africa’s business priorities. This includes building leadership pipelines, aligning learning initiatives with talent needs, supporting succession planning, and ensuring learning serves as a key lever for performance and cultural transformation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of CFAO South Africa Talent Management framework, including people reviews, succession planning, career development & learning development.
- Partner with business leaders of our various entities and HR managers to align talent strategies with business needs.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen retention, internal mobility, and leadership development.
- Oversee the Learning & Development roadmap for CFAO South Africa entities, ensuring alignment with talent management priorities and business strategy.
- Launch and manage leadership development programs, functional academies, and e-learning initiatives.
- Benchmark against best practices to continuously enhance learning offerings.
- Design, develop and deliver engaging and impactful learning content and experiences.
- Manage and engage with external learning institutions.
- Campus Oversight & Partnership: Provide strategic oversight to the Campus South Africa Manager, ensuring the Campus delivers impactful training and is positioned as a hub of excellence.
- Ensure operational delivery of the Campus that supports the broader L&D strategy.
- Organizational Development & Culture: Support cultural transformation initiatives across entities; develop programs that foster inclusivity, collaboration, and leadership mindset across all levels.
- Analytics & Measurement: Define and track KPIs for Talent and L&D; report progress to leadership and recommend corrective actions when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Operations HR Management position
- Proven track record in implementing leadership development programs and talent frameworks
- Strong knowledge of HRIS / digital learning platforms
