About the Role Strategic HR leader responsible for driving organizational development through Strategy & Planning, Talent & Performance Management, and Learning & Training. The role focuses on aligning workforce capabilities with business needs, building a resilient culture, and delivering development programs that enable talent growth across the organization. What You'll Do
- Analyze strategic needs, identify required employee skills and KPI-driven actions; set targets like unforced fluctuation and Employee Dialogue completion rate.
- Support Culture Development and Diversity Management and plan initiatives within approved budgets.
- Plan and facilitate activities and events, manage budgets, materials, and resources.
- Lead Talent Management activities: Talent Review Meetings, succession planning, retention initiatives, and coaching for HR stakeholders.
- Train and advise HR BPs/HR Managers on Talent Management topics.
- Identify, design, implement, and assess training needs for new hires and current personnel; review strategy and delivery methods.
- Develop competency management aligned with Corporate standards; assess training effectiveness.
- Coordinate training schedules, onboarding orientation, and maintain comprehensive training records.
- Maintain relationships with training vendors and professional associations to stay current with delivery methods (webinars, CAI, online).
- Participate in projects as a team member or project lead.
- Ensure training records are tracked and completed for individuals. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, HR, Organizational or Leadership Development or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Training & Development, L&D, OD or related HR functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Cross-functional experience across departments/BU, with a proven track record of success; demonstrated tenacity.
- Experience including HR generalist and/or HR development/OD.
- Experience working with diverse cultures, intercultural sensitivity and inclusive behavior.
- Advanced level English. Nice to Have
