About the Role The Head of Supply Planning, Demand and Customer Supply (UK) leads end-to-end supply planning, demand forecasting, and customer supply activities to ensure product availability and efficiency across the UK market within PZ Cussons. This role partners with commercial, operations and logistics to drive service, cost efficiency, and business growth. What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize demand planning, supply planning and customer supply processes across the UK region.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Logistics to translate demand signals into aligned supply plans.
- Develop and manage KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and fill rates.
- Lead a team of planning professionals; build a high-performing planning function. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in supply planning, demand planning, and customer supply within FMCG/consumer goods, ideally in the UK.
- Strong analytical, planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems; ability to lead cross-functional projects. Nice to Have
- Experience with PZ Cussons or similar consumer brands; knowledge of regional distribution networks and hybrid working environment. Compensation & Benefits
