What you'll build

- Drive transformation that strengthens service, resilience, agility and sustainable growth.
- Establish governance, performance reviews and decision-making frameworks that create clarity and accountability.
- Develop business cases and investment proposals for strategic supply chain opportunities.
- Orchestrate executive business reviews, leadership forums, board updates and key stakeholder engagements.
- Create strategy updates and transformation reports that support informed decisions.
If you've worked where supply chain strategy meets operational execution, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is connecting long-term direction with the operational choices that move the business forward.
Life on the team
Regional Supply Chain Operations connects commercial demand with operational execution. Together, we help markets maintain strong service while navigating cost, capacity and resource constraints. You'll collaborate openly, communicate complex topics clearly and stand behind your recommendations. You'll remain effective as priorities shift and seek to understand existing processes before finding better ways forward.
What success looks like
You'll create clear direction for EMEA Supply Chain and strengthen how priorities, investments and transformation are governed. Your impact will come through strategic ownership, sound judgement and the ability to bring teams together around a shared direction, rather than through direct people management.
Working closely with Global Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Technology and Business Unit leaders, you'll keep regional execution connected to the wider ambitions of the LEGO Group.
