Head of Supply Chain and Logistics

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy.
- Lead procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- Oversee primary and secondary logistics, distribution and outsourced fleet operations.
- Manage warehousing and inventory for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
- Drive OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance across distributor channels.
- Lead SAP/ERP optimisation for supply chain, logistics and warehouse operations.
- Manage supply chain budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Drive demand and supply planning, S&OP and Route-to-Market activities.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop supply chain teams while managing key internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 18–20 years' experience in Supply Chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Experience within FMCG, brewery, beverage or food manufacturing is required.
- Strong hands-on experience across procurement, warehousing, logistics/distribution and ERP/SAP systems.
- Proven track record in supply chain cost optimisation and improving cost-to-serve.
- Strong knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP and Route-to-Market models.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Procurement or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPS, CILT, CSCP, CPSM or APICS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
