About the Role The Head of Strategy Execution & Portfolio Management – Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS) provides enterprise leadership for governance, portfolio, and overall budget oversight of the Operational Base & DTAP Portfolio for Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. This role ensures investments are strategically aligned, financially disciplined, and deliver measurable business outcomes while driving agility, cost optimization, and adoption at scale. It also leads technology integration during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, safeguarding continuity and unlocking long-term value. By influencing senior stakeholders and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, this leader enables sustainable transformation across Zoetis’ GMS network.
What You'll Do
- Provide enterprise-level leadership of the ZTD GMS digital portfolio, ensuring investments align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee financial stewardship of the portfolio, including multi-year budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and ROI accountability.
- Drive governance and portfolio management practices to enable agile delivery and value realization across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Lead technology integration during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, safeguarding continuity and unlocking long-term value.
- Influence senior stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across Zoetis’ GMS network.
