Head of Space Management

About the Role Head of Space Management at Belfius to lead our space management, ensure optimal usage of spaces and analysis of data to support the organization's needs. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to create an efficient and high-performance work environment. What You'll Do

• Analyses of spaces: Realize in-depth analyses of our current spaces and identify points to improve.
• Masterplan: Establish and implement an effective space management strategy considering future growth and organizational changes.
• Space Management: Daily management of our spaces and data, allocations and optimizations.
• Gestion des plans: Maintain up-to-date our database with drawings and plans of our buildings.
• Reporting: Ensure regular reports on space usage and management. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's or Master's in Facility Management, Real Estate, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in space management or a similar role.
• Experience in strategic planning and budget management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Mastery of space management and planning software.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with evolving tasks and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Attention to detail and precision in task execution.
• Preference for on-site work; you gain energy from proximity and human connection.
• Enthusiasm for change and the ability to help shape the organization of tomorrow.
• Dutch or French language ability, with good knowledge of the other national language. Nice to Have
