Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Head of Security & Safety to strengthen our Security team. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital. You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Security function
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
- Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards
- Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times
- Contribute to a professional and patient-focused hospital environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Security-management background with relevant training (unarmed guarding; armed cover via MOPOL) and 8+ years experience
- Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
- Evidence of continuing professional development
