About the Role The Head of SEC & Compliance Reporting at CNH Industrial is responsible for leading the preparation, review, and filing of external financial reports and compliance disclosures, with a strong emphasis on timely and accurate SEC filings and ESG disclosures. This hybrid role is based in Oak Brook, IL, and combines leadership of a skilled team with collaboration across Investor Relations, Legal, and Operations to ensure transparent, compliant public disclosures. What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end process for preparing, reviewing, and filing all SEC-mandated reports (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) in accordance with US GAAP.
- Oversee other reporting under IFRS and coordinate with regional statutory reporting for foreign entities.
- Manage quarterly earnings reporting in alignment with Investor Relations and FP&A.
- Draft and review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A to ensure accuracy and SEC compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and manage the external audit process related to disclosures.
- Lead financial reporting for new bond offerings and other capital market transactions.
- Partner with the head of sustainability reporting to prepare annual sustainability and ESG reports, ensuring alignment with GRI, ISSB, SASB, and TCFD frameworks.
- Support data collection, governance, and assurance processes for ESG metrics; monitor evolving regulations (SEC, EU CSRD) and provide strategic summaries to senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, and Operations to ensure complete and accurate public disclosures.
- Lead and mentor a team of reporting professionals to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and external reporting, with strong focus on SEC filings.
- Significant experience with a public accounting firm (preferably Big Four) highly desired.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale reporting projects, including sustainability/ESG disclosures.
- Preferred: Expert knowledge of SEC rules and regulations; strong understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; excellent written and verbal communication. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 133,875.00 - 196,350.00 per year plus any applicable bonus.
