Key responsibilities

• Lead academic strategy, curriculum delivery and school improvement priorities.

• Oversee teaching quality, school operations and student outcomes.

• Strengthen staff accountability, development, safeguarding and pastoral care.

• Work with the school leadership team to maintain high standards and communicate with parents.

• Provide management with clear performance plans and progress reports.

• Candidate requirements

• Substantial experience in school leadership and instructional improvement.

• Understanding of Nigerian and international curriculum expectations.

• Strong safeguarding judgement, people leadership and stakeholder communication.
