The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for an exceptional educational leader who:
- Has at least 10 years of senior leadership experience, including a minimum of five years as a Head, Deputy Head or Principal.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of academic excellence, school improvement and effective change management.
- Possesses strong strategic leadership capabilities, sound judgement and a commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
- Builds meaningful relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider school community.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification and a relevant degree.
- Is committed to embracing the opportunity to live and lead in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Experience in international education, school accreditation (COBIS/BSO) and relevant leadership qualifications would be advantageous.
