About the Role
Leading the sales team for Total Conveyance EMEA to drive profitable growth and execute segment strategy. You will manage customer acquisition and relationship activities, implement organizational policies, and align market opportunities with corporate standards to achieve KPIs. What You'll Do

Lead the sales team for Total Conveyance in the EMEA region, ensuring profitable growth in assigned markets

Manage customer acquisition, contracts, quotations, market pricing, and identification of business opportunities

Review and evaluate business results; implement policies; ensure execution and compliance; drive achievement of budget and KPIs

Lead commercial negotiations and claims in alignment with segment strategy; maintain and escalate customer issues as needed

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers; align demand to corporate standards and ensure close CRM within compliance

Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize portfolio; manage Product Portfolio and develop customer-specific strategies

Support internal and external reporting, audits, and events

Escalate customer issues and specific requests as appropriate What We're Looking For

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in key account management or customer-facing commercial roles

Customer orientation and willingness to travel

Technical understanding of products and future technologies
