About Role
- Are you a strategic sales and marketing leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, business expansion, brand development, and e-commerce performance?
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce teams while driving nationwide growth and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or a similar leadership role within a medium-to-large retail organization.
- Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, and Customer Acquisition.
- Retail fashion and lifestyle industry experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, networking, and analytical skills.
- Preferably Female for Gender Balance
Salary
N700,000 monthly and above (depending on experience)
