About the role

Head of Sales and Distribution to lead sales, distribution and retail network growth across ElectricPe's company-owned (COCO) and franchise (FOFO) stores. Based at Sector 49, Gurgaon (on-site). Reports to the Founder / CEO.

Responsibilities

• Sales strategy: build and run the sales and distribution plan across territories, stores and franchise outlets. Set targets for Territory Sales Managers and store teams and review them regularly. Improve revenue, lead conversion and outlet performance.
• FOFO expansion: build a pipeline of franchise partners, evaluate partners and locations, lead acquisition and onboarding, and plan new outlet launches through to sales readiness. Support existing franchise partners.
• Retail sales and distribution: drive sales execution across COCO and FOFO outlets, improve store-level sales processes and customer follow-up, and work with operations and supply chain on product availability and delivery.
• Team leadership: lead and coach eight Territory Sales Managers, who oversee store managers and sales teams. Present forecasts, expansion progress and performance to the Founder / CEO.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales leadership, retail sales, distribution or multi-location business management.

• Experience in franchise development, channel sales or partner management.

• Ability to lead managers and sales teams across several territories.

• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and relationship skills.

• Comfortable with sales data, forecasts and performance reports.

• Salary: 25-30 LPA total CTC.
