Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all retail operations and store performance.

- Lead, train, and manage retail teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and standards.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management.

Compulsory certifications: SMEI, CPSL, NASP.

Strong leadership, operational, and people management skills.

Proven experience in sales growth and retail performance management.

Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
