Job Description
- Manage and supervise Recruiting operations, ensuring compliance with objectives, KPIs, and Full Cycle Recruiting standards.
- Coordinate hiring needs across all plants in Mexico, ensuring timely vacancy fulfillment through effective Talent Pipeline Management.
- Design and implement Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Implement improvements in recruitment and selection processes, promoting efficiency, diversity, organizational flexibility, Candidate Assessment, and Selection & Hiring best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- 3–5 years of leadership and team management experience.
- Experience managing recruitment operations across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR processes, and labor market trends.
- Experience in project management, process improvement, and change management.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
