Job Description

• Manages and supervises the Quality Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Management
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Management
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Functional accountability for Quality Management on plant level

• Quality Operations Segments
• Quality Laboratory (on plant level if applicable)
• Quality Project Leader
• Requests Q-Task-Force in case of major Q-Problems to support with tools, methods and know-how
• Authority to stop production and/or shipment to reduce the risk of non-compliant processes/products
• Ensures the compliance of the systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949 and all local regulations

Qualifications and Experience

• Education Level : University Degree in a relevant field

• Language: Fluent English & French

• Experience : Min 7 years of experience in Quality Operations or related position with a minimum of 3 years in Leadership position
