HEAD OF PURCHASING (QUALITY)

YOUR TASKS

• Lead the regional Supplier Quality organization and drive supplier quality strategy across the region.
• Ensure supplier qualification, development, audits, and performance management.
• Drive APQP execution and supplier readiness to achieve successful product launches.
• Lead supplier improvement initiatives, risk mitigation, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to achieve quality and business objectives.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Several years of leadership experience in Supplier Quality, Purchasing Quality, or Quality Management within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, supplier audits, and supplier development.
• Proof of ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel as required
