The Role
We're looking for an experienced interim Head of Project Management to lead our PMO and help shape how projects are delivered across the business.
In this role, you'll provide strategic oversight of our project portfolio, making sure the right projects are prioritised, well-governed and delivered successfully. You'll oversee our Innovation (NPD) pipeline as well as wider strategic business projects, giving our Senior Leadership Team the visibility and insight they need to make informed decisions.
This is a fantastic 12 month opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while still getting involved in the projects that really matter. You'll lead and develop a team of Project Managers, champion best practice and continuously improve the way we deliver projects across the organisation.

Oversee Our Project Portfolio

Oversee the company's full portfolio of projects, including our Innovation (NPD) pipeline and strategic business initiatives.

Ensure projects are aligned to business priorities, appropriately resourced and progressing as planned.

Lead monthly portfolio reviews with the Senior Leadership Team, providing updates on progress, stage gate approvals, risks and resource requirements.
